Corporate Floral Styling for Offices and Workspaces

Moontower, located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, Arizona, is a creative workspace and residential high-rise building that radiates life and inspiration the moment you step inside. Its stunning blend of organic materials, modern interior design, and architectural character made it the perfect backdrop for our corporate floral photoshoot.

To contrast the rich, moody interiors, we incorporated vibrant corporate floral arrangements filled with bold colours and unique textures. Our three featured designs ranged from bright and energetic florals to deeper, moodier blooms and showcase how thoughtfully curated flowers can transform any office, studio, or corporate environment.

Desert Blooms for Downtown Elegance

This springtime photoshoot in the desert was such a nice change from the cool spring days we normally get here in Calgary, Alberta. Flower availability in such a warm climate was a dream! When we stepped into the wholesaler’s coolers it was like stepping into a florists wildest dreams. Flowers like dahlias, grevillea, cosmos, and amaranthus aren’t typically available in Calgary until much later in the year, so it was a joy to be able to design with them.

Floral Design That Elevates Modern Corporate Spaces

The vision for this photoshoot was to focus on contrast, pairing dark, moody interiors with Petals & Loam’s signature vibrant and colourful florals to create striking visual balance. While Moontower is a residential high-rise its amenities are perfect for a corporate inspire shoot. The building’s co-working spaces, quiet meeting rooms, and the inviting Daydreamer Coffee café offered the perfect backdrop for showcasing modern corporate floral design.

For this photoshoot, we focused on three distinct arrangements to demonstrate how floral styling can enhance a variety of professional environments. A petite compote arrangement provided a versatile option ideal for office desks and collaborative workspaces. Our medium-sized moody arrangement served as a stylish choice for boardroom tables, reception areas, or coffee tables. Finally, a larger statement floral design brought impactful colour and texture perfect for cafés, credenzas, or any corporate space needing a bold focal point.
