Refined Floral Design for Sophisticated Corporate Settings
For this corporate event, our floral arrangements combined soft blush tones with textured elements like pampas grass, queen anne’s lace, and veronica, creating a balance between approachable luxury and understated professionalism. These neutral-toned centerpieces were designed to complement the surrounding interior of the historic Mount Stephen Hall and elevate the evening breakout dinner.
To get this fall-inspired, neutral palette we used a mix of:
Blush roses
White chrysanthemums
Burgundy astrantia
Creamy lisianthus
Textural accents like bunny tail grass and dried scabiosa pods
Each arrangement was placed in clear glass vases for a clean, modern look. We also included seasonal touches like pinecones in tall vases, nodding to the mountain setting and adding warmth to the venue’s interior. A boxwood wall was elevated with a grounded floral hedge, making the most beautiful backdrop for guest photos.

The setting called for both large centerpieces and bud vase trios — ideal for breakout tables and smaller lounge settings where guests connected over drinks and discussion. Our bud vase floral arrangements allowed us to echo the main floral palette while creating visual rhythm throughout the room and were the perfect centerpiece for cocktail tables.
